Tectonic research

At this stage of the project we focused on the system's ability to interact with the environment (through scalar and vector fields) and on the possibility of introducing mesh to create voids.

The first video shows the growth of one of the obtained systems. The colors are indicative of fundamental parameters for the system, such as elongation and stiffness.

These boards explain briefly (and for now only in Italian) the process of formation and growth of natural beehive made by apis millefere. Here are also explained their main characteristics (static and functional)  and environmental parameters which  are influenced by (for example gravity, wind temperature....).
